Governmental Agency Succession Planning Project: I completed a succession planning project.  As a part of this process, I assessed 100 people to have an understanding of their general abilities,  preferences for working with people, things or data and their personality types coupled with a personal interview to learn firsthand about their accomplishments, education/professional background, and aspirations for the future.  The 2nd phase of the project included reviewing the organizational chart, job descriptions and qualification requirements; matching up the information that was gathered in the first phase and then compiling a plan which included a career path for the entire Ministry, a personal development plan for all 100 participants and a program for grooming the identified potential successors to the top positions.

Large Telecomm Company Sales Assessment Project:  Along with the client, we identified a control group of 30 people from the various sales departments to act as the benchmark for assessing the entire sales staff of 450 people.  The control group participated in a general abilities assessment that determined their motivation/preference for working with people, data or things and their personality types.  Further we measured their knowledge and skills within the 8 major sales competencies; followed by an interview to gather more data such as their strengths, weaknesses, challenges, aspirations, training requirements, etc.  The managers also did a benchmark assessment of the skills, knowledge and competencies of the various sales positions.  The results were combined with the control group to develop the standard benchmark.  In the final phase of the project, this model was rolled out to the entire sales force.
