If it were not for Susan's constant 24/7 concern/availabilty, I would have never pulled the "trigger" on making an out of state home purchase. The stress of purchasing a property that you never have seen in person, from out of state, remotely, is normally a stressful situation. With a realtor like Susan, those stresses were all minimized by her constant attention. I never felt pressured. Susan listens, something noone apparently does anymore.
